In the HRappka.pl system you will find support in managing all agency processes. The program combines the functionalities of CRM and the functions of the HR and payroll system. The developed recruitment module allows potential employees of the Agency to apply for shared recruitments. Sending applications will be immediately in the database. Employing candidates, issuing contracts (the system supports permanent and temporary employment contracts, and civil law contracts), as well as generating ZUS and US declarations runs in an intuitive and clear manner. With the help of HRappka, you can settle both employees and clients in a few clicks according to the rates set by the Agency.
