The "IDA-AKDB" APP offers AKDB employees, their partners and service providers a wide range of opportunities to participate in internal communication.

What can the APP "IDA-AKDB" do?

In the "digital home" you will find the latest company blogs, the most important news and event information. Posts can be read and commented on here.

Various corporate divisions and locations are presented on the "pages" or topics such as personnel development, health or IT are dealt with. Here users can find information, download forms or take part in surveys.

In the "Company" section you will find all information about the sponsors and the board, the structure of the AKDB, the brand and the image.

The "Internal Procedures" area contains a large number of jump-off points for internal applications and procedures such as time recording, the AKDB service portal and much more.

"Blog posts and news" enable the attractive provision of information on all pages, be it a success message from the customer area, a report on internal events, new projects or employees, etc. It can be subscribed to, liked, commented on and shared. Contributions from internal communication are played out for all employees. Subjects from all other sources can be freely subscribed to for those interested in the subject.

In the “communities”, digital communication and collaboration takes place across departmental and company boundaries. Timeline, notebook, document storage, tasks and appointments are available for this.

The "telephone book/employee profiles" area is also particularly important - finally direct access to contact data from anywhere!

The IDA chat enables direct, fast communication with colleagues and managers.

Who can use the app?

The "IDA AKDB" app is available to AKDB employees, their partners and service providers free of charge.

How safe is my data?

Your data is stored securely in an ISO 27001-certified data center in Germany and is protected against unauthorized access by extensive security measures.

Can I sync the data to another device?

The data can be retrieved synchronized on all mobile devices at any time.

How can I sign up?

To use the app, log in with your e-mail address and password or employees with the AKDB e-mail address or user [email protected] and their known "Windows" password. As an employee, please click on the button "Login with ADKB Login" when logging in to the app for the first time.
