IELTS preparation by Lystra

Are you moving abroad to study at a university and it requires you to complete the IELTS test? Do you need an IELTS exam so you can work in a foreign country?

IELTS is the most widely accepted English language test, and our app helps you prepare for the Listening part of the IELTS exam up to Band 7.5, which is equal to the CEFR level C1.

● 40 lessons with interesting topics are already available. We are continuously working on building our database so keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming updates.

● Our lessons might seem easy at first, but we gradually build up the difficulty level so don’t get comfortable just yet!

● The app is 100% free. Wait…what? Yes, you heard it right. We don’t even bother you with annoying ads while you’re using the app as most learning apps do. Scroll down to learn why we are crazy like this.

● We believe in minimalism, so our app is just like that: it cuts to the point right away.

● We have three areas in our app: the Playground, the Arena, and the Quest menu. We’ll explain those in a second.

● In those areas, we incorporated four types of listening-based games to make learning English easier and more enjoyable: True or False, Bingo, Multi-choice, and Pick-pack.

Areas

● Playground: This is the first part of the app you get introduced to. You have 4 lessons available at once, and if you complete them good enough, you can step up to the next level, which is the Arena.

● Arena: The Arena is a mini exam where you can test what you’ve just practiced in the Playground. If you complete the task, you can go further to the next Playground lessons. The more points you get, the faster you can progress.

● Quest: To keep things exciting, every once in a while we are introducing quests for a short period of time which you can finish for extra points.
