IMSWARE.APP HelpDesk is the perfect mobile supplement for IMSWARE - with a range of use from Facilities Management / CAFM / IWMS / CMMS, Property Management to Real-Estate Management.

IMSWARE.APP HelpDesk has a direct interface to your existing IMSWARE installation and is able to process transactions, maintenance management or fault messages. The app is able to record any type of e.g. technical breakdowns or requests to your internal HelpDesk, capture photos and much more.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :

The APP is available for many platforms. Prerequisite is a licensed webservice and a IMSWARE Server version 2016 or higher. The web service can be used for all platforms, including Adroid.
