In the event of an incident on the road, we make it very easy for you. You will only have to follow our guided process in the app and we will help you manage the incident, launching the assistance service you need at that moment.

Pair Incidence with a compatible V16 signal/connected emergency light, such as Help Flash IoT or Hella IoT, and check that the device connects correctly to the DGT 3.0 cloud!

In the event of an accident or breakdown, your beacon will send an anonymous alert of the location of the incident so that it is shown to other drivers on the road in navigators and variable information panels.

We support the only Bluetooth-enabled emergency beacon on the market, Help Flash Smart. Link us and we will always be alert!

By activating the flash mode of the beacon, not only will the visibility of your damaged vehicle improve, the guided Incident process will also automatically begin to report your incident.

How does Incident APP work?

Download the App and follow the steps for configuration and registration. After this process it will be ready for use.

In the event of a road incident:

1. Activate the app manually or through a compatible device such as Help Flash IoT or Hella IoT.

2. We will ask you some questions before contacting emergencies or your roadside assistance service depending on the type of incident.

3. We will notify and send your exact location*.

4. You will receive the assistance you need. In the case of compatible geolocated tow trucks you will also be able to see their itinerary in real time until they arrive at the point where your vehicle is located.

* Location dispatch service available for emergency services and clients with current policies from insurance companies with current adhesion agreements.
