Interval Timer

Set your times once and let the countdown repeat automatically. Interval Timer helps you keep track of repeating activities with work periods, optional breaks and sound alerts.

Create a routine that fits

Choose work and rest durations in minutes and seconds, then set the number of repetitions. Add an optional preparation countdown and pause or resume whenever you need.

See your progress

Large digits show the time remaining, while the progress indicator and round count help you follow each interval.

Keep your favorite timers ready

Save named presets and load them for your next session, so you can reuse your routine with its timings already set.

Choose your alerts

Pick from 12 built-in sounds, including bells, a gong and a referee whistle. Use a different completion sound to distinguish the end of the whole routine, or turn sounds off.

Make it yours

Choose light, dark or system appearance and use your timer in portrait or landscape.

Use it for your own activities

Study sessions, focused work, stretching, boxing rounds, circuit training, HIIT and Tabata are some of the ways you can use repeating intervals. You choose the durations and repetitions for your activity.

Your timer, sounds and saved presets work without an internet connection. No account or sign-up is needed; saved routines stay on your device.
