With the inventory app, which has been specially optimized for 10-inch tablets, follow-up inventories of movable assets for OK.FIS asset accounting can be carried out quickly and easily. The assets can be returned automatically using a Bluetooth barcode scanner or manually using a finger tap on digital inventory lists. As a supplement to the enterprise solution OK.FIS ANBU Offline Inventory or Financial Accounting Central Dialog ANBU Offline Inventory of the AKDB AöR for municipal finance, there are the following advantages compared to inventory lists in paper form:

- From the OK.FIS ANBU offline inventory, all assets are loaded into the app at the desired inventory location.

- Assets with a barcode label can be scanned using a barcode scanner wirelessly connected to the iPad via Bluetooth. The assets are then reported back as existing. The inventory date and the name of the person who entered it are automatically documented for each returned asset.

- The person carrying out the inventory can alternatively report the assets without a barcode scanner. Inventory lists with the assets can be displayed for each inventory location. The status of the asset is reported back with a finger tap. Assets not listed in the inventory list can be found using the inventory number or the name in the app database.

- Changes to the reported assets are documented in the app: reduction in quantity (for group assessment), change of location or new inventory number.

When the inventory data is returned, the assets are automatically updated in OK.FIS asset accounting.

- Plausibility checks and alerts ensure that assets are correctly reported. If there are location deviations reported by the app, the location assignment can be updated with a tap of your finger.

- Effective inventory execution through status overview: The location list shows how many assets must be available at the individual inventory locations and how many of them have already been reported back. Optionally, completed locations can be hidden.
