Draft template agreements are available for all kinds of transactions & commitments / deals with the option to Create and upload your own draft which can be executed on-line with all digital facilities for execution.

IOUX also offers to provide the facility for resolution of disputes in case of defaults by parties in meeting their contract obligations or honoring commitments as per agreed dates / schedule. The option can be exercised by the contacting parties to choose any of the Alternative Disputes Resolution Mechanism” (ADRM) by way of ‘Mediation’ or ‘Arbitration’. All such dispute resolutions can be enforced legally against the defaulting party(s).

The soon to be launched IOUX Financing Services will have multiple Financers/ Financing Institutions empanelled on the platform to offer various financing products mainly for Invoice and Sales Bills. Only Banks and RBI registered NBFCs and other regulated entities will be empanelled on the IOUX platform for financing. All empanelled Financing Institutions will be mandated to strictly follow KYC Norms, Fair Practice Code and Grievance Redressal Mechanism as per the requirements of the Reserve Bank of India.

Financing Institutions will be matched with borrower/user’s credit requirements and profile thereby providing one or more options of financing to the users. IOUX enables an online system to digitally process financing offers from initial acceptance of terms offered, allowing negotiation between the User and Financing Institutions, finalising the terms and creation of a contract through required documentation between the financing institutions and the user based on the final acceptance of terms negotiated between the Financing Institutions and the User.

How does Invoice Payment Commitment work?

Easy and cost-effectively eSigned Invoice along with Bill of Exchange accepted online by the Buyer obliges the Buyer to pay the due amount, for the goods or services that have been received, within a particular period or on a particular date. It also empowers the Seller to avail financing based on the acknowledged Invoices and accepted Bill of Exchange.
