The «iTweet app» for the exterior contact platform iTweet «On-The-Spot Message» that allows the use of mobile devices such as tablet/smartphone to record messages on site, including location, category, images, text and voice message.

The messages are visible and can be viewed depending on authorization. The reaction can be an answer, an internal further handling or an on-site visit.
