IUProst

IUPROST®️ is an application designed to support and guide men who have urinary incontinence (UI) after radical prostatectomy surgery. Contains information and tips to take care of health in an interactive way. It was developed through a partnership between researchers from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and the Federal University of Goiás.

Our objective is to promote the improvement of quality of life, facilitate access to information for the promotion of self-care related to UI control. With IUPROST®️ it is possible to perform pelvic muscle exercises, stay on top of information about the surgery, watch reports of men who have successfully undergone treatment, watch explanatory videos on how to do the exercises correctly and recognize healthy lifestyle habits. that help control UI.
