iXES caters to both individual consumers and groups. Central to its service are in-person sessions conducted by skilled coaches. In between these sessions, clients engage in tailored audio exercises independently via our free mobile application.

Each client charts their unique journey, with outcomes and experiences being highly personalized. The impact of the exercises also varies based on the individual's progress along their path.

While clients may engage with iXES without using the app, optimal results are achieved through regular attendance at our sessions and completion of assigned tasks within the application. The app serves as a tool, with pen and paper recommended for note-taking.

The exercise structure aims to impart insights on self-connection and related topics. Successful completion requires clients to carve out quiet moments for reflection. Post-exercise reflection is also encouraged.
