Online signature for learners

JSEC Student is the application that allows learners, students, trainees, participants ... to attest to their presence in a training center.

This application allows you to report your presence during distance or face-to-face training via 3 types of validation: beacon tags (bluetooth), QR Codes, codes.

SIGNING UP THROUGH PROXIMITY BEACONS:

For face-to-face training, you can go to the room assigned to your training to detect the associated proximity tag (fixed terminal, tablet, trainer's equipment, etc.). Make sure to turn on your bluetooth and authorize the location to use the application, your location will not be saved: this allows the system to detect that you are near a beacon.

Beacons guarantee the presence in training places equipped with proximity beacons, and without any physical location of individuals, while respecting privacy and GDPR obligations.

Once the tag has been detected, the application allows you to sign on via the signature pad provided for this purpose.

SIGNING UP VIA QR CODE:

For face-to-face training, you can go to the training room or near your trainer where you will be displayed a QR Code that you will scan from the Student application. This QR Code is rotatable and changes at regular intervals to reduce the risk of unauthorized signing from a distance.

Once the QR-code has been scanned, you can attest to your presence by signing on the pad provided for this purpose.

SIGNING VIA CODE:

For training delivered face-to-face and / or remotely, the trainer or training manager can give you a code (on the board, by e-mail, by phone, etc.). You will then be able to enter this code in the Student application in order to access the signature interface and sign up to indicate your presence.

The use of this application requires a subscription to the JeSuisEnCours solution which provides the identifier code necessary to start the application.

JeSuisEnCours then generates certificates of presence, certified in accordance with decree 2017-382 and guarantees the reliability of the collection elements thanks to audit trails, in the context of funding and controls CFA, OPCO, Regions, Pôle Emploi, DIRECCTE ...
