At KALO we foster this deeper growth with a variety of tools including nervous system regulation (sauna + cold plunge), breathwork, monthly coaching, scientifically based programming that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, carefully curated yoga, functional medicine, nutrition and intentional community building events to create an environment where we can all help each other show up as the best version of ourselves.
