Conference Cloud

Conference Cloud is your service to support any kind of conference, event or summit you are hosting. It is the digital companion to help you to organize your event and keep your delegates informed.

The app provides delegates with all the relevant information about the conference they are joining in the palm of their hands.

Here are some of the features Conference Cloud is offering per event or conference:

- Customizable Welcome Screen with local weather information.

- Delegates Directory of all delegates.

- Delegates Directory of specific groups delegates have been assigned to.

- Share and store delegates in favorites to avoid the exchange of business cards to support a "green" conference.

- Agenda overview for all delegates. Separate Agenda for vendors and sponsors possible.

- Agenda can be adapted at any time to all delegates stay up-to-date.

- Attach documents to a specific item on the agenda.

- Share the Dresscode of your conference.

- Have up to 8 chatrooms with Push Notifications when the app is closed and open.

- Chatroom access can be controlled by assigning different groups.

- News channel. Keep your delegates up-to-date via Push-Notifications.

- Document Library.Share documents (PDF, DOCX, XLXS, PPTX) with your delegates.

- Access control who can see which Document Library.

- Share documents to specific groups or individuals only.

- Run Polls during the event and get live results.

- Share Polls to specific delegates groups only.

- Allow delegates to upload pictures in a central picture library.

- Gather feedback at any time with the Feedback form.

- Share information about the event location.

- Share floor plans or important Fire, Life Safety information.

The above features only represent a small abstract of all features Conference Cloud is offering.

Conference Cloud is designed to be as flexible as possible. That means features can be enabled or disabled at any time.

The administrator of a conference can decide and control which features should be active for each event or conference.

The Conference Cloud App supports currently 6 languages. Users can decide on the fly at any time to change the language within the settings of the app.

Translations are not fully supported throughout the app. Content uploaded won't be translated at this point in time. Translations are done and supported by Google Translator.

The service provided by the Conference Cloud App is free for all delegates and requires a free registration which can easily be done through the app. The app supports multiple conferences, events, and summits happening at the same time and allows users to easily switch between them on the fly.

Users of the Conference Cloud App can create a profile to provide additional value with information about company, position, e-mail, phone and more. Privacy and security are important to us hence users are always in full control over their profile and information. Further, they are in control over their posting in chat-rooms or picture galleries to allow them to delete their content. Users need to accept an invitation to an event before any data of their created profile is shared with that specific event only. At any time users can decide to leave an event and the profile information will be removed from that event. Further users can decline an invitation to an event straight away and no data is being shared to the declined event at all.

For privacy and security reasons all created conferences, events and summits are deleted automatically after 60 days of creation date including all content.
