This book offers us how to fill these 24 hours of time so that we are not trapped by the demands of a purely hedonistic life. Existential time is distributed equally for everyone, demanding how that time is used, with what activities that time is filled, and how to integrate activities within that existential time so that those activities can be maximized within the available duration. This space-time concept will conserve the sustainability of human relational relationships; namely transcendental relations, intersubjective relations and relations with objects.

Ideally, these relationships give birth to objective awareness, recognitive awareness and trans-re-cognitive awareness. The rationality possessed by the subject (human) can regulate the usefulness of the time portion of space to ensure harmonious relationships in every relationship. Self-presence in relationships is absolutely necessary. This self-presence determines the effectiveness of every action and activity in each quadrant. Neglecting your presence can lead to lack of focus in your activities.

The framework of partiality in space-time offered by the author makes it easier for us to fill each part of the space-time more effectively and substantively. The space-time quadrant directs us on how to use this awareness proportionally, so that distortions do not occur in a relational relationship. The three consciousnesses above are not seen as separate things, but in their operation they are one unit.

However, even though this consciousness is one unit, it has a hierarchy according to the values ​​contained in our relations in the context of space and time. The highest awareness is spiritual awareness, this must exist when we have a relationship with God. Next is social awareness, this awareness should arise when we enter into relationships with others (intersubjective). The lowest level of awareness based on the hierarchy is objective awareness, this occurs when we relate to objects (things).

However, the activities in each quadrant do not mean that they are implemented separately. In operations, all activities in each quadrant can be carried out in parallel. When we relate to objects, social elements can be embedded in that relationship. Likewise, when we relate to other subjects, we can include elements of spirituality in them. Every time we relate to other objects or subjects, they will always be shaded by spiritual awareness.

So, if we use the concept of parallelism, all activities in each quadrant of the existential time duration of only 24 hours can accumulate to 48 hours in operation.
