This is a recipes app, made by a nutritionist, for lazy people on a diet. All recipes are for lunch and dinner and have low calories and a good protein content. All recipes have indicated the nutritional value (kcal, protein, carbohydrates, lipids and fiber). The recipes are divided into categories (soups, main dishes, salads and smoothies) and are easy and quick to make. The information of the application does not exempt the consultation of a doctor / nutritionist.
