The application is intended for the corporate clients in the following countries:

Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, India, United Kingdom.

It is a risk scoring App that helps calculate risk score based on exposure to situations that may impact the safety and wellness of the workforce.

An easy-to-use App for corporate staff using a smartphone, which can be used to record temperature self-check results and other information to send to the central system for risk scoring and for administrators to provide support.

The application will record any information about an app user only with the explicit permission of themselves and their employers (the employers are the official ‘customer’ who have subscribed to the service agreements).

The App also provides a constantly changing risk status dial.

It displays a location map showing known high risk locations, which is constantly updated by a team of Liberty Passage researchers. With Location access permission, the App will check if you have been in close proximity of any of such locations and alert you through notifications.

The data collected by this app is treated as strictly confidential, following internationally recognized standards for personally identifiable information. The data is not shared with any third party.

No specific details about staff movements or who have been in contact with whom will be visible by the staff-employers.

The application has an optional Safe-entry feature for Singapore users, as mandated by the Singapore Ministry of Health, that will supply location check-in information to Safe-entry system managed by GovTech Singapore, using standard National Digital Identity (NDI) approved APIs. The location information used by this API is based on the venue id captured through scanning the QR code located at the place of check-in, and does not have access to the device location. The information related to Safe-entry check in is not shared with any third party. The application also does not have any access to or control over the data stored in Safe-entry system. The Safe-entry feature is not applicable for countries other than Singapore.

The application requires the following permissions:

1. Location (Optional): The application requires this permission for following purpose:

a) To check in the background and alert you in case you are near a high risk area.

b) Get the current location address where you are recording the temperature.

c) Calculate your risk score based on your exposure to high risk areas.

2. Camera(Optional): Camera access is needed to read the Location embedded QR codes.

3. Notifications(Optional): Permission is needed to show the notifications and alerts related to the application.
