Lillos App

Lillo's story began over 40 years ago when the founder of our family tradition, my grandfather, started cutting the hair of neighbors, friends, and relatives. What began simply, with dedication, care, and passion for the profession, became the foundation of a legacy that spans generations.

Years later, my father continued this story and has now worked as a barber for over 32 years. At the same time, my mother built her career in the beauty industry, further strengthening our family's entrepreneurial culture. Today, practically the entire family is involved in this purpose, dedicating their lives to the development of the beauty market.

Over the years, Lillo's has evolved from just a barbershop into a structured business model based on management, customer experience, employee training, and innovation. Our goal has always been to raise the standard of the profession and show that a barbershop can offer much more than a haircut: it can deliver service, relationships, professional development, and a unique experience.

Currently, we have six operating units, forming the largest barbershop network in Western Santa Catarina and one of the largest in the state. Our ecosystem brings together more than 30 employees who share the same values and commitment to offering excellence in every service.

More than growing in the number of units, we seek to build a solid brand, recognized for its quality, for valuing people, and for its ability to transform lives, both of clients and professionals.

We look to the future with the same entrepreneurial spirit that began this story more than four decades ago. Our purpose is to continue expanding, bringing the Lillo's standard to new cities and consolidating our presence throughout the state of Santa Catarina in the coming years, keeping our family tradition alive while building an increasingly innovative, professional company, prepared for future generations.
