Littlehubs is a child care platform that's redefining how families access informal care. We've simplified the process, while creating a more trusted way for families to connect, book, manage and share their carer with other families in their community.

*HOW IT WORKS*

Post a job for free, receive messages from carers who are interested or reach out to carers directly through the explore screen. Our carers can be book on a casual or ongoing basis and if you subscribe, you’ll get the additional perks to help you through the process.

*PRICING*

Littlehubs offers a subscription and pay as you go model. Subscribe to Littlehubs Plus for as little as $85 for 3 months or $250 for the year to get access to premium features to streamline your carer search. For casual bookings, our carers cost from $27 per hour and their rates are based on their experience and reviews within the app.

*SCREENING*

All carers must have a valid WWC and First Aid certificate. You can also watch their video bio on the app before you commit to making a booking.

*CARERS ARE REVIEWED*

Review carers at the end of the booking for ongoing and casual bookings.

*FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS*

Parents pay in advance for the number of hours of care you need. At the end of the arrangement, the carer will submit a timesheet. For ongoing arrangements, you can pay with credit card, direct debit or directly.

*CANCELLATIONS*

For ongoing arrangements ,any cancellation need to be handled directly with the parent you are working with. To amend your hours at the end of the week, simply update your timesheet. For casual bookings, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged in full.

*INSURANCE*

For your peace of mind – the carer has liability insurance while working with your family.
