Specifically designed for people with dementia and the elderly,

they now have a reliable way to keep track of their day.

The day of the week is displayed prominently:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,

Saturday and Sunday.

Also displayed is the date, month and year so

the user can be assured they have an accurate

reference for exactly what day it is.

The time is displayed in 5 minute increments,

this is because minute by minute detail is not

needed by our users. The background image

displays a daytime image and a nightime image

just as an extra prompt to let the user know

which part of the day it is.

The clock displays the time in the following format:

5 minutes past

10 minutespast

Quarter past

20 minutes past

25 minutes past

Half past

25 minutes to

20 minutes to

Quarter to

10 minutes to

5 minutes to
