Maalik.pk is internet portal that will create consumer to consumer (C2C) real-estate marketplace which will remove inefficiencies introduced by brokers and other middlemen in Pakistani real-estate market. Maalik.pk will be Pakistan’s first consumer to consumer real-estate marketplace.

Currently informal valuations are provided by real-estate agents who usually manipulate consumer and information for their own benefits. Maalik.pk will provide certified and bankable property valuation service to its users whenever they request for it.

Maalik.pk will tie up with banks to get them leads for their financial services. State bank of Pakistan has requested all banks to expand in this segment already.

According to Punjab Resident Act 2015 The owner should inform Police within 24 hrs. of arrival of the tenant/guest.
