Waizu Sync Agent

Waizu Sync Agent is an application which provides information on mobile device usage and performance. It also links back to your Company’s Managed Mobility Hub. Here the application provides the Hub with up to date information to populate a series of dashboards.

The Waizu Sync Agent application has four main functions, the first of these functions is the sync option, this allows the app to perform a manual sync to your Company’s Hub, this includes data such as Location, application usage and if the device has been dropped. The Waizu Sync Agent app runs in the background of the android device and performs a sync at a frequency set by your company, the manual sync options is useful for giving your company up to date information.

The second function is to display vital diagnostic data, this section displays data such as the Device model and make in a easy to navigate way - great help in providing details about the device on a support call.

The third function is the message system. This allows your company to send you vital Messages direct to your device eliminating issues such as missed emails. This may be used for Messages in text format or mixed content such as documents and videos.

The final function is the App Statistics section, this section you to see which apps are being used the most.

The Waizu Sync Agent app can only be used with approved user credentials.
