Can now reset the resolution at any zoom. New simpler opening dialog. Menu restructured.

More items on action bar. Share and save now include image coordinates and zoom factor in filename. Save to camera roll option.

Zoom options improved to allow finer control of image. Save and share functions improved to store image in "Mandelbrot image" directory created by app, in "Pictures". Wallpaper option removed.
