Maternity + is the first maternity app aimed at improving the well-being of women during pregnancy and the first years of motherhood.

It combines the attention of a Maternity Coach, personalized work plans in the 3 main areas of well-being (Physical Activity, Quality of Sleep for mother and baby, and Emotional Well-being) and health data from a Fitbit to offer comprehensive care.

How does Maternity+ work?

It's very easy and simple. In the registry, you enter your name and surname and those of your baby to find out what stage of motherhood you are in. And thus be able to offer you the most personalized content and attention possible. Once registered, you can begin using the chat to contact your assigned Maternity Coach. It is not an instant messaging service but you will always receive a response within 24 hours. Your Maternity Coach will work with you in the area of ​​well-being of your preference to set goals and achieve them.

What can I find inside Maternity +?

Maternity + also includes personalized wellness plans in 3 large areas: Physical Activity, Emotional Well-being and Sleep Quality for mother and baby. These plans are adapted to each of the trimesters of pregnancy and also the postpartum period. Babies' sleep plans also adapt to their growth and development. All plans and work capsules are monitored by the coaches through the app's chat so that mothers always feel accompanied, listened to and can resolve doubts or adapt the exercises or challenges to their particular needs. One of our goals is that all mothers receive the emotional support they need to care for their mental health at key moments.
