Make Better Choices

We are recruiting people to participate in a 9-month healthy lifestyle research intervention. Do you have a diet low in fruits and vegetables, low physical activity, high recreational “screen time”, insufficient sleep, and/or high levels of stress? Over time these behaviors place people at risk for developing problems including diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. The purpose of this study is to test whether a behavioral intervention supported by technology can help people to improve their overall well-being.
