Meal 'n' Heal is a holistic, no-side effect, rejuvenating 21-day e-health program for weight-loss, through diet. The app provides an exciting 21-day meal plan that will keep you from getting bored, tracks your progress and discipline, and helps you connect with other participants. This way you can meet people who face the same issues as you, discuss your problems with them, and also convince yourself of the effectiveness of the program with them.

In addition, the app also educates you on how to go about your diet to avoid obesity and other health issues, after the program is over. It also provides information on what you could do if you are traveling, or in a position where you can't cook.

The average weight loss during the 21-day program so far has been 4 kg, with a maximum of 12 kg. Participants get to try the 1st week for free, after which they can decide to pay to get the full meal and derive the full benefit of the program.

The unique thing about the program is that, you have to pay the program fee only after you start seeing results. Also, there are no restrictions on the quantity of food you eat. So participants can eat sumptuous quantities of the recommended meals, and still lose weight at the same time.

The app is currently customized for the Indian user. Non-Indian customization, intelligent meal suggestions, restaurant suggestions and meal ordering will be available in future releases.
