MedReminder Patient Access

MedReminder Patient Access is a Patient and Caregiver Medication Reminder app for ChoiceMMed Cloud Patient Monitoring System. It is designed to be used by patients and caregivers enrolled in managed care plans. It provides the following functionality:

* Ability to sync medication reminders with Med-Reminder bracelets

* Review a list of Medication Reminders

* Data synchronization with the managed ChoiceMMed Health cloud platform.
