MeHoot - All Things Audio

MeHoot is an audio app that gives you the tools to discover, create, edit and share any type of audio content on its social network. The rise of social audio gives us the opportunity to give audio lovers a platform to inspire creativity and bring happiness in users’ lives.

You simply create, listen to and engage with what you like and scroll past by what does not interest you. From short audio stories (hoots) to uncapped audio content (tapes) e.g. audiobooks and podcasts - there’s something for everyone.

MeHoot comes with audio editing as well as lets you edit voices in your stories to bring the story characters to life be it with special voice filters (drunkard, old, young, male / female, child, tired, excited and much more!), background sounds or different sound effects like barking dogs, waterfall, a train passing by, traffic, a cricket’s chirp, a street musician - or anything you want to upload and use.

If that’s not enough for you then you can always be more creative by manually customising the settings like the tempo pitch, tempo rate, panning, equalizer with frequency settings from 60 Hz to 1200 Hz, bandwidth and change different reverb settings like dry, wet, roomsize, damp, width and much more!

- Voice Filters like old man/woman, male/female, old person, young person, a child, drunkard, tired, sleepy, excited, happy and many more.

- Background Sounds like leaves rustling, waterfall, traffic, wind, cave, auditorium and any other setting where your story sounds very real.

- Sound Effects like dogs barking, people chatting, a vehicle passing by, beggar, street musicians and any other custom sounds you might want to add

- Customise Audio Settings if you’re not happy with the built-in audio filters and effects and add your own flavour to your content.

- Audio Social Media allows you to connect with people from all over the world by sharing content, chatting with them, leaving comments and reacting to their posts or engaging with your audience on your own posts.

Please note: Hooters can always capture or save your messages by taking a screenshot, screen recording, using another camera, voice recorder or otherwise. Be mindful of what you Hoot or Tape!
