With the my vaccination card app, you can document your vaccinations quickly and easily and always have your current vaccination status with you.

FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE

Light version of the app:

Get to know the app and its basic functions quickly. You can use the light version for this. Registration is not required for this.

The light version only contains vaccination data that you have entered yourself.

Premium version of the app:

In the premium version, as a person insured with AOK Lower Saxony, you can:

• record your vaccination data yourself,

• view your doctors' vaccination billing data for the last four years,

• view current entries from your doctor regarding vaccinations carried out,

• be reminded of upcoming vaccinations and vaccination recommendations,

• recognize with a calendar function when an existing vaccination protection needs to be refreshed,

• Receive information on recommended vaccinations for a trip and

• Find references to pharmacies and advice centers that specialize in travel vaccinations.

It is also possible to create and manage a digital vaccination card for your family insured children who have not yet reached the age of 18. You not only get reminders for the vaccinations that are due for you, but also for those of your family insured children.

Changing from the light version to the premium version is possible at any time and free of charge if you are insured with the AOK Lower Saxony and are registered as a user in the online portal of the AOK Lower Saxony.

Light version:

Download and try out the AOK App meinImpfpass.

Premium version:

Download and register the AOK App meinImpfpass. To protect your personal data, a clear identification of your person is important and necessary. Therefore, the use of the premium version of the app requires registration and identification in the online portal of the AOK Lower Saxony.

If you are already using the online portal of the AOK Lower Saxony, you will receive an e-mail in your personal inbox there. This contains a personal registration code that enables you to use the premium version. This personal registration code is requested before using the premium version for the first time in order to complete the authentication process.

If you do not yet have access data for using the online portal, you must first register in the AOK Lower Saxony online portal at www.niedersachsen.meine.aok.de.

PRE-CONDITION

• Light version: All users

• Premium version: User is insured with the AOK Lower Saxony (minimum age 15 years) and registered in the online portal of the AOK Lower Saxony
