Request your medications applying your coverage without reimbursement, schedule your face-to-face medical appointments (copay applies) or telemedicine (free of charge) with our metrored ally, request a virtual appointment with our customer service advisors through our virtual office, access the your plan information and find the best medical providers. You will have available our help center to request requirements in a simple way, you will have a follow-up ticket to confirm the resolution of the same.
