MiGo Xpert is a website and a mobile application designed for monitoring and maintaining a fleet of Saunier Duval connected boilers.

This service is offered as an option with MiGo.

Plan your interventions: with real-time status, you can see your faulty devices at a glance

Gain responsiveness: with the notification in the event of a failure, you are immediately alerted in the event of a malfunction on one of your boilers under contract. You contact your customers to make an appointment, even before they realize it

Avoid unnecessary trips: with the translation of the error code and remote diagnosis, you can analyze in real time the vital points of the faulty boiler: heating flow / return temperature, water pressure level, position of the three-way valve ... You can then provide the right spare part

Control your fleet: with the interactive contact form, you can access your customers' full contact details in one click. You also have access, with the maintenance history, to the notes and photos of your last interventions
