Fitre ML phone ADR

Fitre ML phone ADR is a system telephone for Fitre ML control panels that can be used on any Android device; this allows you to always carry with you all the functions and services offered by the Fitre ML control units.

Advanced Call Handling Features:

Away, Diversions, Conference, Mute, Do Not Disturb, Hold, Recall, Intercom, Paging, etc.

Integration with the system directory of the Fitre ML control unit and with the directory of your iOS device.

Presence:

Support for viewing and modifying one's own Presence status and viewing the status of other extensions.

Voicemail:

Direct access to your voicemail wherever you are, with the guarantee that no messages will be lost or not heard.

Video calls:

Support for sending and receiving video calls between extensions of the Fitre ML control panel

Instant Message (IM):

Private chat between extensions of the Fitre ML control panel; security and privacy guaranteed by not having to depend on external services

Handover between Wi-Fi and Cellular and vice versa:

The application switches automatically, and transparently, between the Wi-Fi network and the Cellular network, and vice versa, even when the conversation is in progress; this allows you to continue the conversation without any manual intervention.

Status of extensions and external lines (BLF):

Check in real time the occupancy status of the interior and exterior lines of the Fitre ML control unit

Direct transfer:

Transfer an ongoing conversation to another extension simply by pressing a key, without the need to put the call on hold and dial the recipient's number.

Languages:

Support for Italian and English languages

Requirements:

A Fitre ML control panel with FW Version V1R07.01.00 or higher

Some carriers may limit or prevent the use of VoIP features over the cellular data network or may apply additional charges. Fitre S.p.A. cannot be held responsible for costs or fines resulting from the use of the Fitre ML Phone ADR application.

We recommend using the application on 3G / 4G and WiFi networks; the ability to make video calls, and their quality, depends on the available data band and signal strength.

EMERGENCY CALLS

It is not recommended to use the Fitre ML phone ADR application to make or receive emergency or distress calls
