MOIA

In Hamburg, MOIA gets you to your destination with ease – whether you’re heading to the central station, your train, or your favorite spot in the city. Leave your car behind, book your ride in the app, and pay by credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay. If you usually ride a bike or scooter, our fully electric MOIA is a locally CO₂-emission-free alternative. No transfers on public transport, no hunting for a parking space. Instead, enjoy privacy seats, Wi-Fi, and USB ports to charge your devices. You’ll share your ride with up to five others, which makes it especially affordable. The app shows the price, your MOIA stop, and estimated arrival time before you book.

That saves you the stress – and here’s how it works:

• Download the MOIA app and sign up

• Enter your starting point and destination

• Add a credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay

• Request and book your ride

• Get on at a MOIA stop near you

• Share your ride and arrive for less

What’s so great about it?

It’s simple: up to six people heading in the same direction ride together – the perfect alternative alongside trains and public transport for trips that would otherwise be driven individually.

Our vision: Smart mobility that more people can access.

MOIA’s benefits for everyone:

• Relaxed, comfortable, and safe rides

• Privacy seats, Wi-Fi, and USB ports

• Fully electric and quiet rides through the city

• No stress, no transfers, no parking hassle

• 100 % locally CO₂-emission-free – no exhaust emissions during the ride

• Book easily via app from almost anywhere

• Price and arrival time shown before booking

• Nearby stops and short waiting times
