mSeq

Centrillion mSeq(tm) is a mobile application that allows users to find the real coverage of targeted regions in Targeted Re-Sequencing (e.g. Exome Sequencing). The coverage data is compiled from the results of many actual targeted re-sequencing experiments. Users can search for gene symbols, synonyms and gene descriptions.
