My Connex offers a reliable range of services keep you and your vehicle safe 24/7 – Safety & Security when you need it.

Depending on your service contract, the app provides the following features:

• Service profile - view information about your service profile, account and vehicle details

• Smart alarm - activate Smart alarm to protect your vehicle. If the ignition is switched ON or vehicle is towed, you will be alerted (Push notification and email)

• Car status - check vehicle battery voltage, device battery voltage, ignition ON/OFF, driving or parked.

• Call button - tap to call for emergency services and to declare vehicle theft with our Secure Operating Centre (SOC)

• Remote control - activate car finder, lock and unlock engine, set garage mode if vehicle is in a service centre

• Service & maintenance reminder - set car service and maintenance alerts

• Speed alert - set speed limit to receive alerts when your vehicle’s speed is exceeded

• Alert notifications - view all alert notifications (e.g. speed, crash with date and time, Smart alarm triggered, driving events, car service reminder, vehicle is driven without driver tag etc.)

• Real-time Tracking – locate vehicle on Google maps with last parked address and traffic information

• Driving score – individual driver profiling and score on how your vehicle is driven

• Review trips – check your previous trips and drive ratings

• My cars - allows you to add as many Connex activated vehicles for fleet management

• Drivers - allows you to add as many drivers for driver profiling

• Real time Smartphone distraction alert ON/OFF

• Real time Speed alert ON/OFF

Your vehicle must be equipped with a CSE Telematics device.

Safety and Security services by Secure Operating Centre (SOC):

Emergency Call (eCall) - CSE device detects a crash and automatically alerts our 24/7 SOC the severity and exact location. If the accident is serious, SOC will dispatch emergency response vehicles (Ambulance and Police) to the exact location immediately. If the accident is minor, and if towing is required, SOC will dispatch a tow truck to the exact location.

Breakdown Call (bCall) - press bCall button for vehicle breakdown services (flat battery, tyre puncture, towing)

MERS 999 (SOS) - press SOS button for medical emergency services. Our SOC will contact MERS 999 to send the nearest ambulance to you as soon as possible.

Security – press “Report Car Theft” on My Connex app to declare theft with SOC for stolen vehicle recovery

To access Connex, you are required to enter your Login and Password that you will receive on service activation. You will also need to enter your passcode if you set app protection ON.
