My Piano Scales: ABRSM, Trinit

Select your required grade, scale type and key and have access to all the ABRSM, Trinity College London (Trinity) and London College of Music (LCM) exam board scale requirements for their piano exams. Every scale and scale requirement listed from Grade 1 to Grade 8.

Required number of octaves

Scale suggested fingering

Scale key signature (ABRSM only)

Dynamics (Trinity and LCM only)

Required style (legato and/or staccato)

Minimum speed with built-in metronome

The app also has the ability to randomise all, or a selection, of scales for each grade to imitate an exam scenario.

A reference section called 'What Is A Scale' also provides details of what each scale and arpeggio type is and what makes them unique. Details of the ABRSM's marking criteria for scales within their exams is also included.
