With myCara, a nurse can link further contacts such as doctors and pharmacies with the client directly on site without myCortex being required for this. If the contact is already known and entered, it can easily be added as a contact.

Wound management & vital sign recording in one app

Use the optimal tool for recording wounds and the subsequent wound documentation. For the recording of wounds, we have decided on a step-by-step assistant that was developed together with nursing staff and fully corresponds to the expert standard. Using the graphical representation of vital signs, which are also documented in the app, the health of the client can be tracked quickly and easily. myCara has all care-relevant vital signs in one app.

The synchronization between myCara and myCortex takes place automatically in the background at all times

As a result, both applications are always up to date. If myCara does not have an internet connection, the last synchronized version is used in the app. So you can also work offline with myCara without losing data. The entered data will be automatically synchronized after a renewed Internet connection.

Care reports with familiar operation from social media

As in myCortex, the care reports are also displayed in myCara in a similar way to a social media feed, which greatly simplifies the start of use and increases the quality of the reports. In addition to using media such as photos, videos and the integrated Medical Speech-To-Text software, other people or e.g. pharmacies can be added to a report, which play an important role in relation to the topic. Through this interaction and the additional comments by nursing staff, a dynamic nursing report chain is generated from a nursing report. The resulting process documentation supports not only everyday care, but also quality checks.

Digital handover book for nurses

A digital handover log for the tours driven by the carer that day is directly integrated into myCara. Reports with this mark are displayed there. This means that urgent information is always quickly to hand. This reduces stress and gives the carer more security in everyday life.
