myElth

Version 1.0 of myElth app allows you to access real time medical coverage from health insurance carriers and connect with hospitals to retrieve your electronic health records. Use the Search for Care feature to look up doctors in your region and get an understanding of their estimated costs and quality information before your visit. For better understanding of your out of pocket costs, please add your medical insurance carrier information using myElth’s Coverage feature. Search for Urgent Care lists the nearest urgent care facilities. Additionally, myElth app allows you to upload your health records, images and files and share your information securely with doctors, hospitals and family caregivers.

AGGREGATE ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS: Connect with the hospitals that you previously visited using the app to retrieve and aggregate your electronic health records. myElth platform is connected to hundreds of hospitals and continues to connect with more hospitals.

CONNECT WITH FAMILY CAREGIVERS: Connect with your family caregivers and share electronic health records and coverage information with them as needed to help them with your care.

CONNECT WITH DOCTORS: You can invite your doctors to connect with you on myElth platform and setup a collaborative network with your care team. You are able to share information with your doctors individually and on specific information from your electronic health records.

SHARE INFORMATION SECURELY: Share information securely with your family caregivers and doctors. Revoke their access to the information at any time.

MANAGE ENTIRE FAMILY HEALTHCARE: You are able to add your family member(s) to the app and manage their respective coverage and electronic health records.

TECHNOLOGY: Our app is available on iPhone and other mobile devices. You can carry the information with you at all times and securely exchange information with authorized individuals that use different types of devices.

SECURITY: myElth is HIPAA and ONC certified and completely secure. The personal health information is encrypted using certificates assigned to each member and can only be accessed by the member. 

CERTIFICATIONS: myElth apps and platform are HIPAA certified. Additionally, we obtained the ONC (Officer of National Coordinator) Health IT 2015 edition certification for the electronic health records module.
