MyMan

Application for technical maintenance of transmitting equipment (radio, television, telephone and wifi) which is made up of a management portal (app.myman.it) and an App on smartphones.

Each company participating in the MyMan project will have access to the portal to enter the data of its facilities and of its technicians.

The coach station going in for an operation, via the smartphone's GPS, will be guided in the selection / location and / ia him close / and selected the location and the cabin, if more than one, the application will force the technician to take a photograph in order to certify the operation in progress.

The technician, the work is completed, it will select the type of intervention between working and maintenance and, if maintenance, will be able to select one of the types of intervention provided and add free notes to the work carried description.

After performing the intervention, upon reception of the data network, it will send data to Smartphones MyMan server that will process them making a Time Stamp to photography.

The following day the system will forward by email the client the certification intervention performed with the photograph and description.

The operations to be performed in an intervention are simple, rapid and immediate so that the technician can concentrate only on the job.

Each terminal smartphone, to work with MyMan, the data within its jurisdiction (stations, booths, equipment, etc.) must first be enabled by the MyMan portal and the participating organization have loaded

In order to work with the App MyMan smartphone must have GPS and enabled data traffic, whether by telephone or WiFi.

During the phase of insertion of the intervention is not required connectivity since the data will already have been loaded into the memory of the smartphone.
