This year's Institute features more than 700 sessions that will explore the early childhood profession that we all want, and what it will take to achieve it. The conference’s plenary and one- and two-hour sessions will offer opportunities to analyze the qualifications and competencies of early childhood professionals and to discuss systems for ensuring that teaching stat, program administrators, and others are adequately prepared for the positions they will hold in the field.
