The game starts when you take a boost, them if a ninja enemy with a different colour hit you, you lose the game and your sticky ninja honor.

To hit your enemies you have to take the colour boost of the same colour of the enemy you want to hit.

If you take the time boost, the time will go down,..now you can hit 5 ninjas of the same colour to make an epic pentakill, know as ninja finger. Once the time come back to normality you can not do a pentakill.
