- Character stats have been changed
- The max character level has been increased
- Changes have been made to the crafting systems, and to many recipes
- Access to crafting high-level weapons and armor is now available
- Changed location configurations. The Gas Station location is now available all the time
- New trading sites and an item storage safe are now available in the Settlement
- A water collector has been added to the game
- Reworked the energy mechanics for moving between locations
