When booking sessions, NOTE helps you do so with confidence. Every session is validated against the authorized IEP and sessions from other providers working with the same student. Your authorized session time is tracked automatically. NOTE also helps you prepare for sessions by selecting goals from the student’s education plan or creating new ones on the fly. The session plan automatically converts into a session note starter once the session is in progress.

NOTE is also unique in its session note capabilities. We believe therapists should be free to focus on caring for the child without the need for tedious typing and honing their writing skills. All you need to keep perfect, accurate, well-documented notes per goal is to select an accuracy rating (1-10) and 3 essential attributes. The rest is done for you. A natural-language synopsis is automatically generated and saved along with other session details.

Beyond saving time and effort, these clever session notes serve as a basis for providing detailed progress monitoring and valuable insights into your students’ learning patterns, as well as for auto-generating accurate quarterly reports (in subsequent releases).
