NTPC Project Management

This application meant for the employees of NTPC Limited and is supposed to be used by the valid company employee only. 4 digit OTP will be send on the employee mobile no and email id registered in company records. After successful verification, welcome screen appears.

Project Management Portfolio:-

PM group is responsible for Project Management of portfolio of projects which includes Thermal, Hydro, Renewable power, coal mining projects.......

>> PM is looking after various functions of planning e.g finalization of project implementation schedules, Pre award schedule, MNW Network, L-1/Work schedules, L-2 schedules etc) and monitoring through PDRMs,PRT, Reviews through PMC etc

> PP&M is identifying critical issues of the projects and highlighting exceptions to top management, facilitating project management system audit and reporting the progress from time to time.

>> PM group is also carrying out rationalization of critical material movement between projects and tracking of critical consignment in transit to meet urgent project requirements.

> PM from time to time has also been providing support services to projects in need and feed back to Engg & Contracts for improvements based on the experience gained by PM group during execution of various projects.

>> PM group is also maintaining the list of critical material diversion effected from various projects and tracking for timely returning to the respective project.
