Odoo Batch Delivery Manager is a dedicated mobile application built for professional delivery drivers who operate within an Odoo ERP-powered logistics workflow. Designed for efficiency and accuracy, the app digitises the end-to-end delivery process — from viewing batch assignments to final order validation — all connected in real time to your organisation's private Odoo server.

📦 Batch & Delivery Management Drivers log in securely using their Odoo credentials and instantly see all batch transfers assigned to them. Each batch displays a complete list of delivery orders, along with all product lines, quantities, and unit of measure — giving drivers full visibility before they hit the road.

🗺️ Smart Navigation Every delivery order includes a one-tap Map button that opens Google Maps with turn-by-turn directions from the driver's current location to the customer's delivery address — no manual address entry needed.

📷 Proof of Delivery At each delivery stop, drivers capture one or more photos directly from the app as photographic proof of delivery. Photos are immediately uploaded and stored against the respective delivery order in Odoo.

✍️ Digital Signature Drivers can collect the customer's signature on-screen using a built-in signature pad. The signature is saved to Odoo as part of the delivery verification record.

📍 Location Verification The app captures the driver's precise GPS coordinates at the time of delivery validation, providing a verifiable record of where the delivery was completed.

🛰️ Real-Time Driver Tracking During an active batch delivery, the driver's location is automatically synced to the Odoo server every 5 seconds via a background foreground service. A persistent notification keeps the driver informed that tracking is active. This enables live operational monitoring by the back-office team. Tracking stops automatically when the batch is completed.

✅ In-App Validation Once photos, signature, and location are recorded, the driver taps Validate to complete the delivery order directly in Odoo — no desktop access required. Backorder creation is also supported when partial quantities are delivered.

🔒 Secure & Private All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS) to the organisation's private Odoo server. No data is shared with third parties, advertisers, or analytics platforms. The app is intended for internal use by authorised drivers only.
