OGSetu

Your society, calmly run.

OGSetu brings everyday housing society work into one app for residents, committee members, accountants and guards. Sign in with your Qviple account and join a participating society to use the features available to your role.

FOR RESIDENTS

• View your flat’s dues, invoices, payment history and receipts.

• Pay society dues through PhonePe where your society has enabled online payments.

• Pre-approve visitors and share gate passes.

• Read notices, take part in polls, raise complaints and follow updates.

• Book available amenities, access shared documents and respond to meetings.

• Manage household information and personal emergency contacts.

FOR SOCIETY TEAMS

• Manage society members, flats and approvals.

• Record collections, expenses and financial records with role-based access.

• Handle visitor entry, parcels and staff attendance at the gate.

• Coordinate notices, complaints, parking, documents and meetings.

CONNECTED COMMUNITY

The Social tab connects eligible users to the social network shared across Qviple apps, including posts, communities and messaging. Social content can be visible outside your housing society according to its visibility settings. The Android Social tab includes advertising.

LANGUAGE AND ACCOUNT CONTROLS

Use OGSetu in English, Hindi or Marathi. Choose notification preferences, export your available personal society data and delete your OGSetu account from Account. Separate Qviple and Social accounts have their own controls.

Permissions are used for specific features: camera access for photos and gate QR scanning, approximate location for SOS alerts when you choose to provide it, and notifications for society updates. SOS depends on your society’s response and network availability; contact local emergency services directly in an emergency.

Society membership and features depend on your society’s setup and your assigned permissions. Online payment is enabled separately by each society.
