BUG Fix: Blank screen issue and the login freezing issue

New:
- Members will have a Fast Start icon displayed if they are in Fast Start Period
- Setup an Authorized Password so you can give your Member Number and that password to someone to see your OT but not your earnings.
- Long press the member number on the member detail screen to copy it to your clipboard
- Use phone numbers when searching your downline
- Receive push notifications when a member enrolls their first new member.
