Mywellness is an application by Technogym for Olympic Gym Amsterdam.

Train at Olympic Gym Amsterdam with the Mywellness app, collect MOVEs, and become more active every day. MOVEs measure movement: you generate MOVEs with every movement. For example, jogging at low intensity for 10 minutes generates about 200 MOVEs. MOVEs are independent of body weight, making them a better comparison tool to compare your activity level to that of your friends. The easiest way to collect MOVEs is to come to Olympic Gym Amsterdam and use the Technogym equipment, log in with your Mywellness account on the machines and train with the best programs. You can also manually track MOVEs via the Mywellness app or have them synchronized with Runkeeper, strava or MapMyFitness.
