The aim of the application is to provide employers with all relevant information on the employment of people with disabilities.

In one place, employers can find an overview of incentives and quotas for the employment of people with disabilities, the most important documents useful in the employment process, learn about the types of assistive technology and ways to reasonably adjust working conditions for employees with disabilities.

Also, the application describes examples of good practice - adaptation of space and technology for the employment of people with disabilities.

The development of the application is part of the RCK ELPROS project funded by the European Union from the European Social Fund.

The content of the application is the sole responsibility of the Electrical Engineering and Traffic School Osijek.
