① Register the ID and password issued by Premier IT Process Management Co., Ltd. from the login screen of the app.

②If a problem occurs, the operator will confirm the situation with the requester.

③ After confirming the details of the problem, information containing necessary information such as location information and contact information will be sent from the app to the device of the cooperating company.
